Trip Description - Tsho Rolpa Lake Trek

Tsho Rolpa Lake Trek is a famous lake in Eastern Nepal in the area of Mount Everest and Rolwaling Valley. There are many basic facilities available for this trek, especially from the starting point of the trek to the Gonggar trek. It is located from Kathmandu to Tsho Rolpa Glacier Rim Lake in Eastern Nepal, which is not yet developed in terms of tourism, so we do not recommend this hike for those who love the internet and daily hot bath. Moreover, it is a paradise for those who hate modern technology and busy daily life and love to enjoy the depths of nature. The lodges are very basic, of course, but there are clean rooms from Gonggar to Na.

We recommend this trek to those who can handle any situation while traveling and while trekking there they will be inspired by the magnificent view of 7,135 meters high Gauri Shankar, the original village of Everest climbers Beding Village and the surrounding pilgrimage sites! We will be trekking up the ridges rounding the scenic high passes and climbing up gradually into the lovely upper part of this beautiful valley through the mist filled rhododendron, magnolia and oaks forest. Beding village is a large settlement in this region which is situated in a narrow gorge. Who are fit and have time they continue to cross one of the most challenging passes, Tashi Labtsa (5,755 m). After the pass is a pleasant walk to Thame village up to Lukla which is the normal trail of Everest Base Camp Trek.

Accommodation offered during the trip

The accommodation we use may vary depending on our package travel and the range of travel destinations. Before or after the trip you can book comfortable hotels in cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara for your stay. If you book a tea house trekking trip, we will provide a small two-bed room for sharing in the hill lodges which is a basic facility but very clean.

Now, better-equipped lodges are also available in Annapurna and Everest areas but we recommend trekkers to use accommodation above 3,500 meters where clean rooms and clean food are readily available. Sometimes a level of flexibility may be required when trekking in remote mountain areas. We believe that you will complete your vacation without any problems and have the trip of a lifetime. If you book camping/trekking, our camping team will manage a comfortable camping site by the river where possible.

There will usually be a dedicated support team on the trip to move luggage and equipment, set up camp, and prepare your food. You will find more detailed information about travel accommodation which is mentioned separately in the lodging section of each vacation package page.

However, you can expect excellent service and high quality in any budget range you choose. You can learn more about different types of travel and their features and the proposed travel price by contacting us directly where we will be very pleased to answer your questions. We always try to choose comfortable accommodation with local character reflecting the best value based on twin share accommodation.

When you book a trip, unless you request a private single room, we will arrange for you to share a twin bed room with a person of the same gender. If you request a private single room, you will need to pay a single room supplementary fee. Please note that during the trek, if the destination is 4000 meters above sea level, only dormitory accommodation with private beds will be available. On trekking trips we try our best but do not promise guaranteed room options. For most of our camping trips, we supply branded two-person tents, including groundsheets.

Mess tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent, service plates, bowls, and all necessities are provided. Members of the mountaineering travel group are requested to manage according to the options given on the website.
